Order
- Minimum order $1,000 per order.
- We request contact information from you on our order form. We'll use this information to contact you
Price and Discount
- All prices are in US dollar and are wholesale prices.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice .
- The price of a product unit excludes: packing, shipping, handling, and document costs.
Payment
- Deposit at least 50% from total amount.
- Full payment for order below $2,000.
- Payments are to be made via bank transfers (T/Ts).
- All charges from the bank transfers or Payment Online are to be paid by the customer.

Production Time
- Our production time takes approximately 2-3 weeks since the deposit reached our bank account.
- To prevent any error and to shorten the Bank transaction time, please fax or email us the bank transfer documents as soon as possible, so, we can trace your deposit from our side.
- We will somehow notify you for any shorter or longer production time for your most precise planning.
Shipping Info
- We ship directly from Bali – Indonesia.
- Shipping to most International ports takes approximately 4 weeks from Indonesia. Shipping to Asia/Southeast Asia destinations are approximately 2 weeks by cargo company.
- Total Shipping Cost is depending on the Shipping Destination and volume or quantity of the shipment.
Cancellation
In case of order cancellations, deposited payments are not refundable.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to make a return or exchange, please contact sales@balihand.com to reject your order within 2 days of the time you received your order. Your payment will also be refunded in full amount to you as soon as our products is returned via a traceable courier (USPS express mail, or registered mail). Cost of delivering the returned products will be the responsibility of the customer.
Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for products damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling.
